Die Maintenance Program

Lyons offers a die maintenance program for your metal stamping dies. We will take your progressive die, sharpen and shim the cutting components, rework and polish form stations, check alignment and clearances and run your tool in one of our presses. Parts are submitted to our quality department and data is recorded for your records. Any worn or broken components will be replaced upon request. We will also make recommendations, where applicable, that may increase die life and improve the capability of your tooling. Contact us today for a quotation.

Precision Component Assembly

Lyons maintains the highest quality in maintaining your Precision Assembly specifications. Welding, riveting, staking and any other means of fastening are achievable.
